Recreation Building ending September 4.
This course is still in beta testing, therefore this 12 weeks we are going
to experiment with half the classes in-person meetings and half the classes on Google +.

This is an intensive course. You don’t stop a run away freight train over night. This course is designed to shift your life radically in 12 weeks. It takes time to identify patterns, learn the processes/techniques for managing your energy in everyday moment to moment life, and then put them into practice long enough for a new, default vibration to take hold. . What you will have is a new set point; ways to manage your energy forevermore empowering you no matter what; and a daily practice that you’ll never ever leave home without again. 

You will need

  1. An Email Address/Access to computer with headset (pubic library works very well)
  2. A 3-ring binder 
  3. A Journal (a spiral notebook will work). This is where you will be communicating with yourself.
  4. Access to a computer (the local library is excellent). Find a library 
  5. A way to save documents and mp3 files if you don’t have a computer. The library sells zip drives for $5.00 and also provides headsets for listening.

Weekly Workshop Format

6:00 – 6:15 PM  Meditation Opener

(Begins with a type of meditation introducing various methods, various music, various styles and strategies to encourage meditation to become a daily practice…eventually moment to moment. Purpose to teach ‘alignment’ first and Feeling Good before undertaking anything.

6:15-7:00 PM Workshop Message as per Syllabus

7:00-7:10 PM Break/Social

7:10-7:55 PM Interactive Exercises. Q & A. Sharing. Teachings on relevant cosmology and science.

7:55-8:00 PM Closing/Group Energy Work
Purpose: to feel the Energy of Well Being. How to focus it, use it, be in It. Bringing more Source Energy in and grounding into the physical body.
